Guarantees and Warranties
​No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for work completed or services performed under this contract.
Workmanship and Materials Warranty: All services or work completed must be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days from completion.
Notification Requirement: The Client is responsible for promptly informing Oxford County Handy People within the 30-day timeframe of any defects or issues identified to receive warranty work or material replacement.
Scope of Warranty: The warranty covers defects arising from the original work or services performed. It does not extend to issues caused by subsequent misuse, alterations, or external factors beyond Oxford County Handy Person's control.
Warranty Work: Upon timely notification, Oxford County Handy People will assess and, at its discretion, rectify any defects covered under the warranty. This may involve repairing or replacing defective materials or re-performing the original service.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.
Voiding of Warranty: Any attempts by the Client or third parties to repair or modify the work completed without the express written consent of Oxford County Handy People may void this warranty.
Limitation of Liability: Oxford County Handy People shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided under this contract.
